We endeavour to provide a fair and lawfully processed recruitment package to both our clients and our client companies. We only operate a recruitment business for permanent positions, no information is divulged to a third party without the consent of the recipient or unless required to do so by law and therefore processed for limited purposes. Data is adequate, relevant and not excessive. We hold an in-house database that is accurate and offer client candidates the opportunity to update their details. Before submitting details to a third party they are updated, we do not store data longer than necessary and a maximum of three years. All data is processed in accordance with the data subjects rights. John Phillips Selection has a secure passworded in-house database system, data is not transferred to countries without adequate protection.

When you visit out site we do not use forms or store personal information on any individual or client, we want to provide a safe and secure user experience. We accept CV's via our web site and by email, addresses are stored on our in-house computer only. Database forms are an acceptance of willingness to be stored on our in-house database system only, these details are used by us for the following purposes:-

Personal data covers both facts and opinions about the individual. It also includes information regarding the intentions of the data controller towards the individual, although in some limited circumstances exemptions will apply.

It is our policy that all information provided will be treated as private and confidential. In particular personal information such as your name, postal and email address and telephone number will be used only in relation to the recruitment process undertaken by John Philips Selection Limited and / or associated or subsidiary companies on your behalf.
