Retained Assignments

Our fees are very competitive, from our initial proposal we agree with the client an initial retainer fee, a working fee to be charged on presentation of the shortlist and a completion fee when the right candidate is appointed. We also agree with the client an advertising budget, which is charged at agency costs. The fee charged is calculated on the appointed candidates anticipated annual starting salary only and adjusted to reflect the true salary when the offer is made, therefore, and most importantly no other benefits awarded to the appointee are included in the calculation.

We offer a twelve month guarantee with this service. Substantial discounts are offered when multiple assignments apply.

Database Search for Candidates

Fees are payable on acceptance of the position by the candidate, calculated on a fixed percentage of the candidate's annual starting salary agreed prior to commencement of the assignment.
